The case was students were banned from school for wearing “black wirstbands” to support the vietnam war and the parents sued the school for violating the first amendment, (RRAPS) - RELIGON, EXPRESSION,PEACE,ASSEMBLE and PETITON. The finial decision was decided that students have every right to express their feelings.
