The Animal meat contains Vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates and many more,
The other food group includes various minerals, (like copper, Calcium, Sodium, Phosphorus, selenium, cobalt, iron, zinc etc) various Amino acids, Fatty acids, water and albumin
The sources of vitamin like B12 are animals, and vegetarian should consume plant based supplements to fulfill the need of essential macromolecules!
[Side note: Meat consumption is secondary cause of increasing global warming Go vegan!]
