Remember the Property of Exponents:-
[tex]\sf{a^{-b)=\displaystyle\frac{1}{a^b}[/tex]
Use it:-
[tex]\sf{8x^{-2}[/tex]
According to the property, we should flop the number over:-
[tex]\bigstar{\boxed{\pmb{\frac{1}{8x^2} }}}[/tex]
