Officer Williams has a search warrant for Mona's house. The search warrant specifies that he is looking for drugs, drug paraphernalia, and things that can only be used in the sale of drugs. During the search, Officer Williams notices three things, all in plain view:
a gun (which is legal in their state and does not require a license)
a bloody knife
a famous painting, which Officer Williams remembers had been stolen from the museum only three days ago
Which of these things, if any, can he take?
He has a warrant only for drugs so the knife and painting is out of option but a gun can be used to traffic drugs they can hide a little baggy of meth or crack in the chamber other than that he’s not permitted to take anything I think
