“The absences of war does not mean there is peace. Use anger with intelligence and it can be constructive – a fuel that helps you get things done,…”
Answer: It means that just because you are not fighting it does not mean that there is peace and sometimes intelligence and anger helps you get things done it is not just dangerous
It means that just because you are not engaging in the war, it does not mean that you have peace. And to replace the anger that you are experiencing with intelligence so you can be motivated to get things done.
