If your normal walking rate is 5 ft/s and the moving sidewalk is traveling at 3 ft/s, how many seconds would it take for you to walk from one end of the moving sidewalk to the other end?

So you’d add 5 and 3 so it’s 8 ft/s

You then divide 220/8

So it should be 27.5 seconds.
