The PH scale ranges from acidic to basic and is used to indicate the acidity/alkalinity of a solution.
A normal PH scale ranges from the number 0 to 14. When the PH of a solution ranges from 0 to 7 is said to contains acidic contents in it. If the solution is greater than 7, it is said to be alkaline and when the solution is average(7) it is said to be neutral solution.
Example of an acidic substance/solution is lemon juice, solution that contain alkaline is bleach.
