As it says, choose a topic thats important to you. it doesnt need to be complicated. it can be simple but make it important to you. since its psa some topics could be teen addiction, bullying, or voting. Then research. go through articles and websites relating to your topic. try and pick out the most convincing things you can. that part shouldnt be hard but it may take time. (dont plagiarize!) i give up im too lazy to type more about it but im just now realizing this isnt for school and its just for fun. lol oops. im still gonna add more answer for whoever needs help with the first two things or whatever.
