so i had a 5 k this summer and it was 114 degrees and humid the race was going fine till about 2.5 miles in. i started getting tired and could not breathe well. i just wanted to fall down and wait for someone to help me but i didnt. i thought about the money my mom paid for me to be in this race and the time she took do take me here and watch so i kept running and finished the race in first place.
