This is what my prof wanted, steps:
Read Section 4 - Case Study in the provided journal paper titled as “Modeling and analysis of business process reengineering strategies for improving emergency department efficiency”. Understand the business process in Figure 1 Figure The process flow of the patient in the emergency department.
Transform this process flow into a swimlane business process activity diagram. Use Visual Paradigm to model your swimlane business process activity diagram. Export your diagram as a picture file and insert in into a word file.
Submit: a word file containing your swimlane business process activity diagram, and a .vpp file containing your original diagram
